The business deals exclusively since 1990 with digital archives and is apportioned in three fields:
- Management consulting firm for document management and records management
- Conversion-services, scanning, indexing, recognition,
- Software engineering and system-integration.
The field software engineering and system-integration–which now is for sale released - has developed an individual digital archive-system during the last 6 years. Beside the actual archive-product are particularly the License models, which were specifically developed and are joined solidly with the software product, as big innovations.
The models are economic trend based and shall as goal; intercept the strong turnover-fluctuations in the IT-project business, as well as balancing. This goal is confirmed by empirically established figures the latter 3 year full-circumferential.
The research and development department works with a minimal number of staff.
This is forgiven addition-developments at partners, which offer the necessary programming-prerequisites, aimed thanks to a very stable software-solution possibly and on the other hand on the one hand.
The activity of the field software engineering and –integration studies with:
- Development of the Releases
- Integration-business
- Customers support
Selling Price: It should be sold the copyrights of the software-products also like the existing project-business.
The administrative council has fixed the negotiation basis on € 3’000’000
